Contact Synkwise Support

Locate and click the chat widget in the bottom corner of your screen to open a conversation.

In the chat box, type agent to be connected with a live support team member.

Request the Account Cancellation

Once connected, inform the team member that you would like to cancel your account.

Confirm when you would like the cancellation to take effect.

You can also provide feedback about your reason for canceling to help improve the service.

Finalize the Cancellation

The support team member will then process the cancellation for you.
