How to cancel your Synkwise account by contacting the support team

FAQ: I'd like to cancel my account, how do I go about doing this?

  1. Contact Synkwise Support

    • Locate and click the chat widget in the bottom corner of your screen to open a conversation.

    • In the chat box, type agent to be connected with a live support team member.

  2. Request the Account Cancellation

    • Once connected, inform the team member that you would like to cancel your account.

    • Confirm when you would like the cancellation to take effect.

    • You can also provide feedback about your reason for canceling to help improve the service.

  3. Finalize the Cancellation

    • The support team member will then process the cancellation for you.
