Copy Facility Contacts to Resident Contacts

Create your contacts under manage facility to then use to copy across all resident profiles

FAQ: I don't want to keep on creating the same contact for my residents; they share the same contact. How can I copy contacts easily?

  1. Understand How Contacts Are Created

    • When you select a pharmacy in a resident's profile, a contact entry is automatically created under that resident’s contacts.

  2. Add a Contact to the Facility Contact List

    • Go to the resident’s contact list.

    • Click Edit on the contact you want to share.

    • Click the Add to Facility Contact List button.

    • This works for any contact, including doctors, nurses, or service providers.

  3. Access Facility Contacts from Another Resident

    • Go to another resident’s profile.

    • At the top right corner, click Facility Contacts.

    • You will see the contact(s) you added earlier.

    • Click Add to Resident Contact List to copy it to this resident.

  4. Manage Facility-Wide Contacts

    • Go to the Managed Facility section.

    • Open the Contacts tab to view and manage all saved contacts.

    • You can store general contacts here like plumbers, electricians, or shared care providers.
