Step-by-Step Guide to Creating & Charting PRN and ADL Activities
FAQ: I have a Resident with a certain amount of ISP Goals to keep track of, how can I document this as a Task?

Open the Tasks in ADL Page
- Navigate to the Tasks under the Resident Profile.

Blue PRN Task Button
- Click on the floating blue button labeled "PRN Tasks."
- From here, you can mark tasks and choose when they were completed.

Create a New PRN Task
- Click on "Create Task."
- Select a pre-defined name or create a custom one (e.g., ISP Goal, Behavior).
- Set the frequency as "PRN" and choose the starting date.
- Add an ISP Goal or description relevant to the task.

Assign the Task and Add Details
- Assign the task to the appropriate resident.
- Add relevant vitals or progress notes if needed.

Save and View the Task
- Save the task, and it will appear in the task list under PRN Behavior or the chosen category.

Document Task Completion
- Return to the "Tasks and ADLs" page.
- Click on "PRN Tasks" and mark the task as completed, specifying the time (e.g., 8:00 a.m.).
- Add any additional details such as behavior, duration, intervention used, and its effectiveness.
- Save and close the task.

Review Task Details
- Once completed, the task will show the time it was marked, who documented it, and any additional notes.
- The admin can see this information, including the completion timestamp.

Track and Print PRN Task Logs
- Go to the Task Manager to view task logs, including a section for PRN documentation.
- Print a monthly log to see all documented tasks for the month.
