Create a Resident Profile from the Dashboard

Create additional resident profiles using the dashboard

Refer to "Creating a Facility" before adding a resident.

 

  1. Access the Resident Profile Creation Page

    • Click on the green "+" circle on the resident card to navigate directly to the profile creation page.
  2. Enter Basic Information

    • Add the resident's first name and last name.
    • Enter the date of birth (ensure to input the double-digit date format).
    • Include the date of admission, gender, and room number.
    • Assign the resident to a specific facility if applicable.
  3. Fill in Additional Details

    • Use the "About Me" section to add information like allergies (one by one) and diagnoses (searchable in a database).
    • Specify the pharmacy you wish to integrate with the resident's profile.
  4. Create the Resident Profile

    • Once the details are filled out, create the profile.
    • A template task library may appear. Use this library to assign template tasks to the resident as needed.
  5. Update the Profile with More Information

    • Click on the "Update Profile" button to add any additional details about the resident.
    • Once finished, click "Update" to save all changes.
  6. Return to the Dashboard

    • Click the Synkwise logo to return to the main dashboard, where the new resident profile will now appear.
