Creating Another Facility

Add an additional facility to your workspace is under Administration / Add Facility

Subscription Check Message: The subscription facilities number (1 of 1) has exceeded.

  1. Access Facility Creation Options

    • Click the plus button under the facility card.
    • Alternatively, click the Administration button on the left and select Add Facility.
  2. Enter Facility Information

    • Facility Name: Enter the name exactly as it appears on the license.
    • License Number: If unavailable, use placeholder zeros and update later.
    • Address Details: Input the facility's address, city, ZIP code, state, and ensure the time zone is correct (it will auto-adjust based on ZIP code).
    • Same as Owner: Check this box to auto-fill owner-related details, which can simplify billing and subscription setup.
  3. Leave the Facility Alias Blank

    • This is a pharmacy code added by Synkwise. Do not fill it in yourself.
  4. Add a Fax Number

    • Include the facility’s fax number, as it will appear on the fax cover sheet.
    • While you cannot currently receive faxes, having this information in your profile is necessary for sending faxes.
  5. Save and Finalize

    • Once all information is entered, save the profile.
    • Review the profile to see which staff members are associated with the facility.
  6. Edit or Update the Profile

    • Click Update Profile to modify details, add a photo for personalization, or make necessary changes.
