Deactivate and Reactivate a Faciliy Profile

Disable a faciliy profile when the business was sold or closed, activate it back when reopened

FAQ: I recently sold my care home and need to deactivate the profile, but I also reopened my other faciliy, how can I activate that profile?

  1. View Active and Inactive Facility Profiles

    • At the top of the page, you'll see a list of active facility profiles.
    • Scroll down to view inactive facility profiles, where you can review past data as needed.
  2. Navigate to Manage Facility

    • On the sidebar, click on "Manage Facility."
    • On the profile sidebar, locate the "Inactivate" button.
  3. Inactivate a Facility Profile

    • Switch to the desired facility and click "Inactivate."
    • Select a reason for inactivation, such as "Closed Business."
  4. Deactivating Does Not Cancel Subscription

    • Inactivating a facility will not cancel or downgrade your subscription.
    • To make changes to your subscription, contact support by phone, email, or message.
  5. Click Inactivate

    • Once you've selected an option, click "Inactivate" to proceed.
  6. Review the Inactive Profile

    • Refresh the page to see the facility listed as inactive, along with the inactivation date.
    • The inactive profile will be in read-only mode, allowing you to review resident information and other details.
  7. Reactivate a Facility Profile

    • Click "Activate" to restore the facility profile.
    • If prompted, check your subscription details and update your plan in the "Billing and Subscription" section if required to accommodate the reactivation.
