Disable a faciliy profile when the business was sold or closed, activate it back when reopened
FAQ: I recently sold my care home and need to deactivate the profile, but I also reopened my other faciliy, how can I activate that profile?

View Active and Inactive Facility Profiles
- At the top of the page, you'll see a list of active facility profiles.
- Scroll down to view inactive facility profiles, where you can review past data as needed.

Navigate to Manage Facility
- On the sidebar, click on "Manage Facility."
- On the profile sidebar, locate the "Inactivate" button.

Inactivate a Facility Profile
- Switch to the desired facility and click "Inactivate."
- Select a reason for inactivation, such as "Closed Business."

Deactivating Does Not Cancel Subscription
- Inactivating a facility will not cancel or downgrade your subscription.
- To make changes to your subscription, contact support by phone, email, or message.

Click Inactivate
- Once you've selected an option, click "Inactivate" to proceed.

Review the Inactive Profile
- Refresh the page to see the facility listed as inactive, along with the inactivation date.
- The inactive profile will be in read-only mode, allowing you to review resident information and other details.

Reactivate a Facility Profile
- Click "Activate" to restore the facility profile.
- If prompted, check your subscription details and update your plan in the "Billing and Subscription" section if required to accommodate the reactivation.
