Disable Health Monitor Dashboard Alerts

Stop one or all vital alerts from displaying on the dashboard and not receiving notifications

FAQ: I don't want to see the vitals alerting me on the dashboard, how can I disable one or all the vitals?

  1. Understand How Alerts Work

    • Synkwise generates alerts when vital readings are outside the normal range (e.g., heart rate below 60 or above 120).

    • These alerts appear on the dashboard and are color-coded, such as red for abnormal readings.

  2. Trigger and View an Alert

    • Enter a low value (e.g., 50) for heart rate to simulate an abnormal reading.

    • Save and refresh the page.

    • On the dashboard, under Alerts Health Monitor, alerts like "abnormal heart rate" or "no bowel movement in 3 days" will appear.

  3. Adjust Alert Notification Settings

    • Go to Your Profile > My Settings.

    • Under Abnormal Reading Entry Notification, toggle how you want to be notified:

      • Synkwise Notification

      • Email

      • SMS

  4. Disable All Health Monitor Alerts for a Resident

    • Go to the Resident Profile.

    • Under Profile Preference, find the option to Disable Health Monitor Alerts.

    • This will prevent all alert messages from showing on the dashboard for that resident.

  5. Disable Specific Vital Alerts

    • Go to Health Monitor > Vital Parameters.

    • Click the bell icon next to a vital sign (e.g., heart rate) to disable alerts for that specific parameter.

    • Save and refresh the page.

    • The dashboard will no longer show alerts for the disabled vitals but will continue to show others.

  6. Fully Disable Health Monitor Abnormal Reading Detection

    • Go to Profile > Profile Preference.

    • Turn off Health Monitor Abnormal Reading Detection.

    • Refresh the dashboard. Alerts for that resident will be fully removed.
