FAQ: I administered this PRN at a wrong time and need help correcting it, how can I go back and change that?

Change the Time Before Administering
- When giving a PRN medication, update the time of administration before confirming.

Edit Time After Administering (If Needed)
- If you forgot to adjust the time, go to the EMAR section under PRN meds.
- Look for the pending review and history sections.

Modify the Administration Time
- Click the action button (three dots) next to the medication entry.
- Select Edit and update the administration time and effective time (e.g., 30 minutes after administration).

Review and Delete Mistaken Entries
- In the history section, you can delete an entry if it was mistakenly recorded.

Check the Medlog for Additional Details
- Click on the PRN button in the Medlog section to review all recorded administration times for the month.

- If you receive an error message, your role may not have the necessary permissions.
- Contact your workspace admin to request access.
