Navigate to the Resident Care Health Model
- Go to the "Resident Care" section in Synkwise.
- Click on "Health Monitor" and then select "Vital Statistics" at the top.
- This will take you to the reporting section under "Report Resident Care."

View and Select Vital Statistics
- In the "Vital Statistics" section, you’ll see a list of parameters (e.g., blood pressure, heart rate).
- The vitals will be automatically selected and highlighted in green.
- To customize the report, click on the bubbles next to the vitals you want to include. Each vital displays a number showing how many times it was recorded during the selected timeframe.

Adjust the Timeframe
- Use the calendar icon to select a timeframe (e.g., last 3 months, last 6 months, etc.).
- The numbers next to the vitals will update to reflect the selected timeframe.

Clear and Re-select Data
- If needed, click the "Clear All" button to reset the selections.
- Manually select the vitals you want to include, such as blood pressure or heart rate.

Review Graphs and Data
- A graph will display the vitals visually, while the detailed data appears below the graph.
- The data includes information such as who documented it, the time, and statistical details (e.g., average values, ranges).
- Sort the data by value, date, or staff as needed.

Print or Send the Report
- Highlight the desired data in green.
- Click the "Print" button to print the selected data.
- Alternatively, use the "Send By" button to email or fax the report.

Filter and Organize the Data
- Use filters to sort the data by ascending or descending order, date, or staff.
- This ensures that you extract data in the most useful format for your needs.
