Fix "Automatic Logout Problem / System Timed Out" Issue

If you're getting logged out of Synkwise every few minutes, there are a few things you can check to resolve the issue

    FAQ: I keep getting logged out of the system every few minutes.

    1. Check Your Browser Extensions

    • If you're using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari, ensure that extensions are not interfering with Synkwise.
    • Some extensions, like Malwarebytes or pop-up blockers, can disrupt your session.
    • Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome, then select Manage Extensions to review and disable any that might be causing issues.

    2. Update Your Browser

    • Click the three-dot menu in Chrome.
    • Go to Help > About Google Chrome to check for updates.
    • If an update is available, install it and restart your browser.

    3. Check Your System Clock

    • On Windows, right-click the clock on your desktop and select Adjust date and time.
    • Click Sync now to ensure your time is accurate.
    • If your system cannot sync, restart your computer and try again.

    4. Install System Updates

    • Search for Check for updates in the Windows Start menu and install any available updates.
    • On Mac, click the Apple icon in the top-left corner and check for system updates.

    5. Disable VPN

    • If you are connected to a VPN, disable it while using Synkwise.
    • A VPN can alter your system's clock, causing login issues.
