⓻ Health Monitor Charting

Efficiently manage residents' health data with Synkwise's Health Monitor. Caregivers can quickly enter and review vital signs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for quality care.

  1. Open the resident

    • Select the resident’s profile (e.g., Mary Beth) from your workspace dashboard.

  2. Go to Health Monitor

    • Click Health Monitor at the top of the resident profile to view all chartable vitals.

  3. Record a vital reading

    • Scroll to the vital you need (blood pressure, heart rate, pain, skin check, etc.).

    • Click Record to the right of the vital.

    • Enter the value and click Save; the reading is stored immediately.

  4. Respond to an abnormal value

    • Enter a value outside the normal range (e.g., blood glucose = 2) and click Save.

    • A pop-up warns of the abnormal reading, and the entry appears in red for emphasis.

  5. Review or adjust vital parameters

    • Click Vital Parameters to see the low/high limits (e.g., blood pressure < 90 or > 160).

    • Edit limits if needed and click Save.

  6. Toggle alert notifications

    • Click the bell (notifications) icon in the top bar to enable or disable alerts.

    • A slashed bell means alerts are off; an unslashed bell means alerts are on.

  7. Choose how you’re notified

    • Click your user profile icon (upper-right corner) and select Settings.

    • Scroll to Abnormal Readings notifications.

    • Enable Synkwise in-app, Email, and/or SMS alerts as desired.
