How to get help using the AI assistant, contact a live agent, and find video tutorials in the knowledge library

FAQ: I need live support from an agent and need to ask some difficult questions. How can I chat with a support member?

  1. Get Help from the AI Panda

    • Click the circular chat icon, which can be dragged anywhere on the screen, located in the bottom corner.

    • Select AI Support to activate the AI Panda.

    • Type your question into the chat box to receive a step-by-step guide and links to relevant articles and videos from the knowledge library.

    • After receiving an answer, you can provide a rating for the response.

  2. Contact a Live Agent

    • If the AI Panda does not answer your question, type agent into the chat.

    • Provide your email address when prompted.

    • An agent will be notified and will join the chat to assist you directly.

  3. Access the Knowledge Library

    • From the main menu, navigate to Resources and select Knowledge Library.

    • Click a category, such as Resident Care, to see a list of topics.

    • Select a topic to view a corresponding video tutorial and written instructions.

  4. Report an Issue

    • Navigate to Resources and select Report an Issue.

    • Use this feature to describe a bug or problem and send a report directly to the development team.

  5. Find Page-Specific Videos

    • Click the Know More button available on various pages, like the dashboard or the resident care section.

    • This will display a list of help videos that are relevant to the specific page you are currently viewing.
