FAQ: How do I ask for help from support?

  1. Open the Support Widget

    • Look for the floating widget on the screen.

    • Click and drag it to reposition it if needed.

    • Click the bubble icon to open support options.

  2. Use AI Support (AI Panda)

    • Click “AI Support” to start chatting with the AI Panda.

    • You can ask simple questions (e.g., “add medication”) and it will search articles to provide step-by-step instructions.

    • The AI will also link to the full article it’s pulling from.

    • If the AI can’t help, type "ask for an agent" to escalate.

  3. Search for Articles Manually

    • Click the “Help” tab within the widget.

    • Type in keywords to search through the Synkwise knowledge base.

    • Click any result to open the full article.

  4. Connect to an Agent

    • If needed, type your request and then “ask for an agent.”

    • Enter your email if prompted (usually it auto-detects).

    • A Synkwise team member will respond.

  5. Explore the Resource Library

    • Click the “Resources” button on the left sidebar.

    • Use search or browse available sections for videos, text, and images.

    • Click links or subsections to access specific content.

  6. Watch Tailored Videos via the ‘Know More’ Button

    • From the dashboard, click the “Know More” button.

    • Choose videos related to topics like caregiver responsibilities.

    • The list of videos changes based on the page you’re viewing in the app.
