Steps to Access Synkwise Support

  1. Access Resources

    • Main menu > Resources > Synkwise Knowledge Library

    • Find guides and articles on all features

    • Use search bar for specific features

  2. Utilize Knowledge Library

    • Step-by-step instructions, images, guides, and videos

    • Understand how features work and maximize their use

  3. Tutorial Videos

    • Dashboard > Click on play button

    • Drop-down list of tutorial videos based on features

    • Relevant information based on where you are in the application

  4. Support Widget

    • Bottom right corner chat box

    • Interact with Synkwise Panda solo

    • Type message or query

    • AI feature navigates through articles for relevant results

    • If needed, generate a support ticket for Synkwise support team to follow up via email

  5. Assistance

    • Support team follows up via email

    • Additional calls may be made for assistance

    • Tools available to support users throughout their Synkwise journey
