Step by Step Instructions

  1. Accessing Resident Status Options

    • Select a resident

    • Click on "Update" and then "Update Status"

    • Choose from the options: Out of Facility, Hospice, Hospital, or Alert

    • Automatically updates the Medication Administration Record (MAR) based on the resident's status

    • Saves time by indicating why medications were not given due to the resident's status

  3. Placing Resident in Out of Facility Status

    • Select "Out of Facility"
