FAQ: I deleted a medication, how can I get it back?

  1. Gather Required Information

    • Before contacting support, you must collect specific details to help the team locate the correct medication that was deleted.

    • You will need to provide the following:

      • The resident's initials.

      • The name of the facility, especially if you manage multiple facilities.

      • The full name of the medication and its strength (e.g., Tylenol 500 mg).

      • The route of administration (e.g., by mouth, topical).

      • The approximate date the medication was deleted.

      • Any other additional information that can help identify the specific order.

  2. Contact Synkwise Support

    • Once you have all the required information, reach out to the Synkwise support team by clicking on the chat widget at the bottom and ask for an Agent

    • Provide the support agent with all the details you gathered. The agent will use this information to find and restore the deleted medication in the system
