Combine Images and PDFs together as one Single File
FAQ: I have too many photos and files, how can I merge them into one signle file?

Access the Resident's Document Section
- Navigate to the resident's profile where you want to combine documents.
- Go to the "Documents" tab, and then select the appropriate folder (e.g., "Orders").

Locate the Files to Merge
- Identify the files you want to combine (e.g., an image file like "Dr. Orders.PNG" and a PDF like "Insulin Task Sheet.PDF").

Select the Files
- Check the boxes next to the files you want to merge. Ensure both files are selected, which will highlight them.

Use the Merge Action
- Click on the "Action" button in the top-right corner and select the "Merge" option.

Reorder the Files (Optional)
- In the merge interface, you can reorder the files by dragging them into the desired sequence (e.g., placing the task sheet at the top).

Rename the Merged File
- The system will prompt you to name the new file (e.g., "Doctor's Order Combined").
