Give PRN Medication:
- Go to PRN Meds: Navigate to the PRN Medications section of the system.
- Give PRN Medication: Click "Give PRN" and Select the appropriate medication from the drop-down list.
- Write Notes: Enter any additional information relevant to the medication administration.
- Click Administrate: Confirm the administration of the selected PRN medication.
Follow-Up the Medication:
- Complete PRN Effectiveness: Schedule a follow-up to assess the effectiveness of the medication.
- Add to Notes: For example, you might write, "Effective after 1 hour of dose" to document the patient's response.
- Click Save: Save your entries to ensure they are recorded.
Document After Administration:
- Go to History: Navigate to the History section to review past medication administrations.
- Click the Action (...) Button: Find the PRN entry and click the Action button.
