Pinning folders or documents in Synkwise allows you to access important information quickly from the Resident's Profile or Face Sheet. Follow these simple steps to pin items effectively:
Select the Resident:
- Click on the Residents tab.
- Select the resident whose documents you need to pin.
Access the Documents:
- Once you are on the selected resident's profile, locate and click on the Documents tab.
Choose the Folder or Document:
- Browse through the folders and documents listed.
- Select the folder or document that you deem important and wish to pin.
Pin the Document:
- Click on the three dots (more options) next to the document or folder name.
- From the dropdown menu, select Pin to Profile.
Access Pinned Items:
- Go back to the Resident's Profile or Face Sheet.
- You will now see the pinned document or folder for quick access under a section labeled Pinned Items.
