Rearrange or Hide Vitals in Health Monitor

This guide explains how to rearrange or hide vitals in the Health Monitor, allowing you to customize health checks for each resident. It covers accessing profile preferences, adjusting alerts, and organizing vital checks to ensure personalized care.

Navigate to the Profile:

  • Open the resident's profile. At the bottom, you’ll see a star icon labeled Profile Preferences. Click on this to enter the settings menu.

Dashboard Alerts and Health Monitor:

  • Once inside profile preferences, you'll find Dashboard Alerts and Health Monitor. These allow you to manage what health checks and alerts are active for the resident.

Toggle Alerts:

  • If you need alerts for specific issues, such as missed medications, simply check the corresponding box. If an alert for bowel movements (BMs) is unnecessary, you can turn this off by toggling the health monitor alert setting.

Locate Health Checks:

  • Scroll down to find the list of health checks under Health Monitor.

Reorder Vitals:

  • Click and drag to move the most critical vitals to the top of the list. For instance, if monitoring blood pressure is a top priority, ensure it appears first.

Hide Unused Vitals:

  • If certain vitals are not relevant to a resident's care, you can hide them. Click on the "hide" button next to the unwanted vitals, to remove them from the active health monitor list.

Click Update:

  • Save your changes by clicking the Update button. This action will apply the new arrangement and preferences to the resident’s health monitor.

Verifying Changes:

  • Return to the Health Monitor to ensure the vitals are listed according to your preferences. The changes should reflect the new priorities and hidden items you selected in the profile preferences.
