Understand the Purpose of Resident Labels
- Resident labels are visual indicators designed to help staff quickly identify important details about a resident.
- For example, labels like "Fall Risk" can alert staff to specific concerns at a glance.

View Resident Labels
- Go to a resident's profile to see existing labels.
- If no labels are displayed, it means none have been created yet for your workspace.

Manage Labels at the Workspace Level
- To manage or create labels, navigate to Administration Settings > Residents.
- This section displays all labels currently available for your workspace.

Edit Existing Labels
- Click the pencil icon next to a label to edit its name, color, or other details.
- If needed, you can also delete a label from this menu.

Add Labels to a Resident
- From the resident’s profile, click the pencil icon on their labels section.
- Select from the existing labels or unselect any that no longer apply.

- To create a new label, click the pencil icon in the labels section, then click Create New Label.
