Send a Refill to the Pharmacy

When the medication supply is running low, send a fax to notify the pharmacy

FAQ: How do I send a request to the pharmacy to receive a refill?

  1. Ensure Medications are being tracked

    • If "Track Quantity" is enabled, verify the stock status under Medications.
  2. Access the Refill Section

    • Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen and click on the "Refill" section.
    • Select the Medication for Refill Request

      • Choose the medication(s) to refill.
      • The selected items will be included on the printout for the pharmacy.
    • Send the Refill Request

      • Click "Request Refill."
      • Add a message like "Please send."
    • Provide Pharmacy Contact Details

      • Enter or select the pharmacy's fax or phone number.
      • keep the fax cover sheet option enabled.
    • Add Comments (Optional)

      • Use the comments section to include additional details for the pharmacy.
    • Send and Track the Request

      • Click "Send" to complete the refill request.
      • The history section will show details such as the number of times the refill was sent, who sent it, and the method (fax or email).
    • View or Resend the Printout

      • Click the three dots to download, preview, or resend the printout if needed.
