Ensure Medications are being tracked
- If "Track Quantity" is enabled, verify the stock status under Medications.

Access the Refill Section
- Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen and click on the "Refill" section.

Select the Medication for Refill Request
- Choose the medication(s) to refill.
- The selected items will be included on the printout for the pharmacy.

Send the Refill Request
- Click "Request Refill."
- Add a message like "Please send."

Provide Pharmacy Contact Details
- Enter or select the pharmacy's fax or phone number.
- keep the fax cover sheet option enabled.

Add Comments (Optional)
- Use the comments section to include additional details for the pharmacy.

Send and Track the Request
- Click "Send" to complete the refill request.
- The history section will show details such as the number of times the refill was sent, who sent it, and the method (fax or email).

View or Resend the Printout
- Click the three dots to download, preview, or resend the printout if needed.
