FAQ: I want to have my staff sign off on a form I created, how can they sign that?
1. Access the Staff Forms Section
- Navigate to the Form Builder in Synkwise.
- Click on the "Staff" subsection at the top.
2. Create a New Category
- If no categories exist, create one to organize your forms.
- For example, name a category "Action Plan" for corrective action documents.
3. Use a Template from the Library
- Open the Template Library to browse pre-made forms.
- Select the "Corrective Action Plan" form, which includes pre-filled inputs and text boxes.
4. Customize the Form
- Click the pencil icon to edit content and modify language if needed.
- Drag and drop additional tools or input fields if required.
- Ensure signature fields are included for both staff and administrators.
5. Assign the Form to a Staff Member
- Go to Administration > Manage Accounts and select a team member.
- Navigate to the Forms section under their account and find the "Action Plan" form.
6. Completing and Signing the Form
- Click on the Corrective Action Plan to date and describe the issue.
- Instruct the staff member to log in, go to Accounts > Forms > Action Plan, and open the assigned form.
- The staff member should fill out the necessary information and sign the form.
- As an administrator, review, sign, and date the form before saving it.
