FAQ: How do I view and create the tasks under Task Manager?

Accessing Tasks from the Quick Access Center
- On the dashboard, click the Quick Access Center button in the top right corner.
- View tasks due today, missed tasks, and upcoming tasks.
- Scroll through the list and mark tasks as done using the arrow button.
- Some tasks may require additional documentation, such as vitals or notes.

Using the Task Manager
- On the left-hand menu, select "Task Manager" for an overview of the entire facility.
- Access the calendar, task list, and tasks & ADLs from this section.

Viewing and Managing the Task List
- Select multiple residents to view and manage their assigned tasks.
- Use the actions menu to delete multiple tasks if needed.
- Switch between resident-specific and facility-wide tasks.
- Select a resident to create a new task for them.

Viewing and Completing Tasks & ADLs
- Under "Tasks and ADLs," see tasks due today, yesterday, and tomorrow.
- Mark tasks as done, ensuring all attached ADLs are completed.
- For PRN (as-needed) tasks, select the blue "PRN Task" button to complete them.

Documenting PRN Tasks
- Select the required PRN task (e.g., ISP goal).
- Backdate or adjust the time (e.g., 3:00 PM) if needed.
- Mark the task as done and add a detailed note.

Viewing the Task Log & Printing Reports
- The "Task Log" provides a monthly overview of all completed tasks.
- Both scheduled and PRN tasks appear in this log.
- Click the three-dot menu to print a monthly report of all tasks.
