FAQ: How can my caregiver clock in and out?

Clock In & Clock Out

From your dashboard, click the Clock In button to start the timer for your shift.

To end a shift or begin a break, click the Clock Out button to stop the timer. The timer will continue to run, even if you log out, until you have clocked out.

You can clock back in after a break by clicking the Clock In button again.

View & Edit Your Timesheet

On your dashboard, click the View Timesheet button to see all your time entries.

Use the calendar dropdown menu to filter your timesheet by a specific date range, such as "This Week" or "This Month".

If you have the necessary permissions, you can click the action button next to an entry to edit the clock-in or clock-out times.

Generate a Time Report

Navigate to the Reports section and select Account Reports.

Choose a date range for the report you need to generate.

Click Report as PDF, Excel, or CSV to download the timesheet data for your records or CPA.

Mark Time Entries as Paid (Admin)

From the timesheet view, click the checkbox next to the entries you wish to update.

Click the Action button.

Select Mark as Paid to confirm payment for the selected entries.

Configure Overtime Settings (Admin)

Navigate to Administration and click on Settings.

Go to the Account tab to find the overtime options.

You can set rules to automatically calculate overtime for hours worked beyond a specified duration, such as eight hours per day.

Manually Add Time for Staff (Admin)

From the timesheet page, click the Start button.

Choose the staff member and facility from the dropdown menus.

Enter the clock-in and clock-out times manually and click Save to add the entry to their timesheet.
