Update the billing address, payment method and resident count
FAQ: I need to change my card to a bank account and add more resident profiles to my subscription.

Navigate to Subscription and Billing
- Go to the left-hand side under Administration and click on Subscription and Billing.
- This is where you can update your billing address, payment method, or subscription plan.

Update Your Billing Address
- Click on Edit Address.
- Ensure all fields, especially the state, are filled in accurately. The address should match the one on your payment method (e.g., card or bank account).
- Click Update to save changes.

Add or Update a Payment Method
- If no payment method is listed, click Add to add a bank account or card.
- Bank Account: Log in to your bank’s website (ensure you know your credentials beforehand).
- Card: Add a debit or credit card.
- Set a default payment method if needed.
- If no payment method is listed, click Add to add a bank account or card.

Switch Between Subscription Plans
- Easily switch between Basic and Plus plans.
- After selecting your desired plan, click on Update Subscription at the bottom of the page.
- If downgrading from Plus to Basic, you’ll receive a credit.
- If upgrading from Basic to Plus, the charge will be prorated.

Resident Facility Section
- If you’re unable to downgrade your subscription, contact support for assistance.
- You can also add a Resident Profile here, but ensure you click Update Subscription to save the changes.
