Keep the resident information current and accurate. Make sure to include all the important details about the resident in their profile.

FAQ: How to Update the resident profile?

1. Access the Resident Profile

  • From the dashboard, click on the resident's profile that needs updating.
  • If the profile looks incomplete, proceed to update the information.

2. Open the Update Profile Section

  • Click on Update, then select Update Profile.
  • The profile is divided into different sections for easier editing.

3. Fill in Resident Information

  • Add as many details as possible, such as general information, allergies, and diagnoses.
  • Update background information, medication instructions, and administration details.
  • Include resident history, height, weight, and funeral plans if applicable.

4. Set Code Status & Dietary Preferences

  • Choose the resident's code status (DNR or Full Code).
  • Update dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • If needed, add any extra details in the Additional Info text box.

5. Select a Pharmacy & Upload Documents

  • Choose the pharmacy the resident is integrated with for medication orders.
  • Upload important documents, such as the POLST form, for emergency reports.

6. Save the Updates

  • Click Update at the top of the screen to save changes.
  • A notification will confirm that the profile was updated successfully.
